Business partners exhibiting at the NLLUG conference, have the opportunity to have their personal video message broadcasted before, during and after the event.
How it works:
Your personal message, either from your sales leader, your CEO or an actor is recorded for 1 to 1.5 minute
We design a special video corner during NLLUG where all videos will be displayed
Before NLLUG, we will send each registered visitor a link to his/her personal page. This page shows relevant info to the visitors, but it also randomly shows videos from you and other partners
After the conference, we work closely together with the LotusLovesPeople campaign to send a personal picture of all visitors to their personal address. This picture is downloadable from (again) a personal web page for each visitor, where you video will again show up.
Conditions:
- Apply during July/August 2010
- We make a 1-hour appointment with you, somewhere in the Netherlands (Utrecht Area).
- On that day we will do a max of 8 video's at a time for 8 partners
- Our photographer will do the editing afterwards and send you the result using a Youtube-link
Costs:
- Here is the surprise ... we will do this for an extremely low price:
only 500 euros (excl. VAT) per video!
Disclaimer:
- Both exhibitors at NLLUG and members of Lotus United / Lotus campaign (also those who do not exhibit) can participate.
- First come, first serve
- Because of the tight schedule and the costs of setting up the video area, we can only make 1 single appointment to shoot the video. If you confirm participation and confirm the appointment, we cannot do a refund when you don't show up or cancel the appointment.
