Brig Serman, Director Global Sales for Lotus Foundations at IBM.
Brig Serman has served as Director, Global Sales for IBM Smart Business since July 2009. He has worldwide responsibility for sales and channels for IBM’s hybrid appliance and cloud based solutions business focused on delivering turnkey solutions to small and mid sized customers. Before that, he held executive management and sales leadership positions with IBM over the past 20 years.
Mr. Serman is a graduate of Clemson University with a BS in Industrial Engineering and is a Certified Professional through the IBM – Harvard School of Business Corporate Executive Certification program. Mr. Serman is also a CA-AM certified Alliance Professional and was active in developing that curriculum through the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals.
