Chris Miller is the Director of Messaging & Collaboration for Connectria, one of Lotus' largest hosting and management providers. Chris has presented at numerous Lotusphere, Admin, user group and other events globally the last ten years. He is better known as "IdoNotes" across blogs and any social network site. He also runs Spiked Studios, providing a collections of podcasts and web based training in Lotus and social media.
