Your registration for NLLUG 2010 is valid under the following conditions:
- This is about the conference of 9+10 September 2010, also indicated by 'the conference' or 'NLLUG (2010)'
- Organisation: Stichting SNUG - Nederlandse User Group voor IBM Software
Participation:
- Entrance to NLLUG 2010 is only possible after registration in advance on this website, followed by a confirmation by the organisation.
- The conference aims at people who work in a business, company, government, or other professional organisation.
- You register as a professional employee of your organisation, with full and verifyable address and contact info of your job within your organisation.
- The registration info that you provide is (1) complete, (2)correct, and (3)verifiable .
- There is a maximum number of attendees per organisation: max 4 people per customer/end-user organisation and max 2 people per supplier/IBM business partner. To be decided upon by the conference organisation.
- Access to the conference can be refused by the organisation at any time, without further explanation. Besides that, you will always be denied access in case of incomplete, incorrect or fraudulous registration.
- The organiation is allowed to use your email address to communicate with you on any matter concerning the conference.
- Registration is on an individual basis; you cannot register twice.
- You cannot substitute your registration to another person, neither electronic, nor during the conference.
- You agree to show your ID, if asked, at the entrance of the conference.
- Multiple individual registrations are allowed. We allow a maximum of 4 people per end-user organisation and 1 per business partner, unless the business partner is a sponsor or exhibitor.
- You will be so kind to communicate with us in case of absence. Our event is a not-for-profit event.
- Entrance to the conference is FREE.
- Transport, parking at the venue, traveling, etc.etc. are your own responsibility and costs.
- The organisation provides water, coffee and tea during the entire day, as well as a continental lunch. Due to budgettary constraints, we cannot take any diet requests or other menu suggestions into consideration.
- Your visit is voluntary and without constraints. It does not legally bind you to us (or vice versa) in any way, neither during, before, or after the conference.
- Your visit is entirely at your own risk and responsibility. Neither the organisation of NLLUG 2010 (Stichting SNUG), nor the management or exploitant of the venue can be held responsible for any material or immaterial damage or loss, caused by your visit to the conference in any way. You hereby refrain from any claims to the organisation and agree not to hold the organisation liable, in whatever form, for any loss or damage.
- All this within reason. Because it basically comes down to this: You have the opportunity to visit a free event voluntarily, while we (the organisation) do our best to present you with two highly educational and entertaining days. That's also why we don't want to annoy each other.

Deelname:
- Entree op NLLUG 2010 is alleen mogelijk na registratie vooraf via deze website, gevolgd door een bevestiging door de organisatie.
- Er is alleen toegang voor personen die werkzaam zijn in bedrijfsleven, overheid of anderszins professionele organisatie. U registreert zich vanuit uw adres- en contactgegevens bij uw organisatie.
- U bezoekt NLLUG 2010 in uw hoedanigheid van uw rol binnen uw organisatie.
- De bij registratie opgegeven gegevens van u als bezoeker zijn (1)volledig, (2)correct en (3)verifiëerbaar.
- Er is een maximum van het aantal bezoekers per organisatie: 4 per gebruikersorganisatie en 2 per leverancier/IBM business partner. Bij discussie beslist de conferentie-organisatie.
- Uw toegang kan door de organisatie geweigerd worden zonder opgaaf van redenen. Dit gebeurt in elk geval bij een onvolledige, onjuiste of frauduleuze opgave.
- De organisatie maakt voor communicatie rond dit evenement gebruik van de door u opgegeven (email)gegevens.
- Inschrijving is op individuele basis; maximaal 1 inschrijving per persoon.
- Inschrijving is niet overdraagbaar, noch elektronisch, noch tijdens de conferentie.
- U bent bereid zich zonodig te legitimeren bij de entree van de conferentie.
- Meerdere individuele inschrijvingen van personen van eenzelfde organisatie zijn toegestaan.
- U geeft eventuele verhindering vantevoren door aan de organisatie (ons evenement heeft geen winstdoelstelling - u helpt ons hooguit bij het besparen op de kosten en bij eventuele wachtlijsten).
- U betaalt geen entreekosten voor de conferentie.
- Kosten voor vervoer, parkeren, reizen, etc.etc. zijn voor eigen rekening van de bezoeker.
- De organisatie voorziet in een basisniveau aan consumpties, inclusief koffie/water en lunch en door sponsors aan te bieden borrel(s). U kunt hier echter geen rechten aan ontlenen. Ook met dieet-verzoeken kunnen we helaas geen rekening houden.
- Uw bezoek aan de conferentie is vrijblijvend en verplicht u niet aan Stichting SNUG (of omgekeerd) tot enige vervolgactie in de vorm van lidmaatschappen, aanschaf van software etc.
- U bezoekt de conferentie geheel op eigen risico. Noch de organisatie van NLLUG 2010 (Stichting SNUG), noch de beheerder van het gebouw zijn aansprakelijk voor uw bezoek aan en uw verblijf tijdens de conferentie. U vrijwaart op voorhand de organisatie van alle aanspraken, in welke vorm dan ook, van (vergoeding voor) geleden schade in welke vorm dan ook, hetzij (vermeend) veroorzaakt door de ter plekke verkregen informatie, hetzij door ongevallen of andere fysieke incidenten, hetzij door molest, verlies of diefstal.
- Bovenstaand alles naar redelijkheid: u bezoekt vrijwillig een gratis evenement en SNUG doet op zijn beurt zijn best om u twee bijzondere en informatieve dagen te bezorgen.
