In 1998 Roland founded Silverside to become one of the first companies to focus purely on Knowledge Management. During the last twelve years Roland has worked actively with more than a hundred clients. As a business consultant he assisted them with the implementation of Document Management and Social Intranets. Silverside has developed a unique methodology to implement Document Management and created a selection matrices to select the right Document Management platform on a Lotus platform.
And when he is not busy with customers, you can find Roland climbing a mountain or travelling through an isolated dessert.
